[Tinyos Core WG] testing the new mspgcc toolchain

To make sure that we are all using the same mspgcc toolchain, when following
the instructions at the mspgcc wiki:

http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/mspgcc/index.php?title=Linux_installation_(MSP430X)

Instead of the command:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at mspgcc.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/mspgcc co
-r MSP430X -P .

please use the following date anchored checkout:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at mspgcc.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/mspgcc co
-D20090617 -r MSP430X -P .
