[Tinyos-8051wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] Copyright reminder

For those of you working on 2.x: if you take a file X from TinyOS 1.x,
with some copyright notice, and use it as a starting point for a new
file Y for TinyOS 2.x, you are creating a derived work. You DO NOT
remove the old copyright notice.

We've already had this discussion a few times, hopefully we can avoid
having it again.
