[Tinyos-8051wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] tagging doesn't affect tinyos-2.x

Hi -- Just wanted to clarify that the tinyos-1.x CVS snapshot tagging
has no effect on the tinyos-2.x tree. You can continue commits during
the 1.x release tagging. Thanks.  -kw
