[Tinyos-8051wg] [Tinyos-2.0wg] Base station, java code checked in

The basics for mote-pc communication are now checked in:

support/sdk/java contains the java code, currently just
  net/tinyos/comm: Cory's serial code
  net/tinyos/packet: serial packet infrastructure
  net/tinyos/sf: serial forwarder
  net/tinyos/tools: a few very simple tools (Listen and Send really)
  net/tinyos/util: miscellaneous utility classes
(some of you will be glad that there are no net.tinyos.message dependencies ;-))

Cory: I hacked net.tinyos.comm so that make, make install would work
with its new location, and with IBM's Java. We need to figure out if
some of those files should live elsewhere, and cleanup my hacks...

apps/BaseStation: basically TOSBase with the new interfaces

Tested on mica2 with tos/oski/apps/TestAM...
