I will be MIA tomorrow attending to a family emergency.

My status is:
  * CC2420 radio stack compiles, is not debugged
  * Test application in apps/TestCC2420
  * Does not use Kevin's Resource/Arbitrator interface
     - want to debug before adding in more stuff

tos/chips/cc2420 contains the radio stack and HPL interfaces
tos/platform/telosa/chips/cc2420 contains telos specific mappings for
the radio stack

Due to my situation, I will not be able to get back to this until mid
next week.  If anyone wants to make progress in my absence, the best
bet is to start debugging the radio stack.  Good luck.
