[Tinyos-8051wg] New mailing list!

Hi All.
For the duration of this project I've heard some reservations on joining
this list. It requires authorization and does not project a welcoming
image. For this reason I've created a new, open list for general
discussion of this project:

      * user AT tinyos8051wg.net

This list requires no authorization and hopefully it will be more
welcoming to new users. We encourage interested users to join this new
list and use this new list.

For the time being this will remain as it is, but a little further down
the line it might be moved back to its original purpose: as an internal
working group list.
