I've run the uart at 230.400 running the CompressionTest example from
the common directory with no problems. This example runs the uart rx/tx
in isolation, so perhaps something else is blocking the interrupt from
the UART?

P.S. I've added IAR and SDCC support as well as Cygwin in my local
repository, I could send you a preview if you would like?
