The code in current CVS cannot build using SDCC. You will manually have
to complete the steps in the compile process or update the makefiles to
fit your needs. Remember to mangle script with the --SDCC option
mangleAppC.pl --SDCC --file=build/cc2430em/app.preMangle.c

For Keil the env file should be up to date and working. The website has
additional information on the required variables, does this answer your
question?
