Dear David,

The presentation looks great.

I am still struggling with corporate membership. I am not sure I am
comfortable with corporate support to targetted working groups. I guess that
$ and material contributions can only be made to the alliance as a whole.
Technical contributions and attendance to meetings are reserved to
individual members. What is the scope of targeted contribution? I can
see event sponsorship or web site support but I cannot think of examples of
support to targetted working groups.

I think you can modify slide 7 to associate voting right as well as
eligibility to contributing participants.
