Comments on initial draft
Jack
- need to be more explicit about licenses

- do we need to establish minimums
Phil
- relationship between steering committee and working groups
- might be involved vs ratifying standards
- where are the boundaries
David
- elections process missing
--------------------------------------------------------------
Discussion on the use of cultural norms and alliance rules as basis
for conduct, rather than heavy legalese.
- discussion of concrete examples of the creditation and the
enforcement process
- role of impact of social norms
- concern over potential chill if best efforts to provide credit happen
to miss something
Deeper discussion of variants of Apache
- agreement that TinyOS SL cannot require approval/permission from
multiple sources
- copyright should not be handed over to alliance
- creditation to the alliance is practical
- credit to each author is much more cumbersome
Discussion of funding issues
Discussion of role of (future) standards and SC processes.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Rob: provide revised apache-like options for SL
