Comments on initial draft

  - need to be more explicit about licenses
  - value for companies and contribute in-kind is a bit vague
      - do we need to establish minimums

Phil
  - relationship between steering committee and working groups
    - might be involved vs ratifying standards
    - where are the boundaries

David
  - elections process missing

Discussion on the use of cultural norms and alliance rules as basis
for conduct, rather than heavy legalese.

 - discussion of concrete examples of the creditation and the 
enforcement process
 - role of impact of social norms
 - concern over potential chill if best efforts to provide credit happen 
to miss something

Deeper discussion of variants of Apache
  - agreement that TinyOS SL cannot require approval/permission from 
multiple sources
  - copyright should not be handed over to alliance
  - creditation to the alliance is practical
  - credit to each author is much more cumbersome

Discussion of funding issues

Discussion of role of (future) standards and SC processes.
