WSGR has agreed to author the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, etc. to
form the non-profit.  To facilitate the process, I have constructed a page
with the corresponding documents for a collection of related organizations.

The topic of dicussion tomorrow will be various specifics in completing the
process of getting to where there is an organization that can take money,
pay for servers, provide services to the community, etc.
