I accept organizing the review for TEP  101 ADC.

Officers:

I suggest    President   Dave
                 Treasurer  Adam
                 Secretary  Rob

Board of Directors

Some representation from Industry and academia with a minimum from each
(e.g., 15 max people, at least 5 from Industry and 5 from Univ. and maybe
some from Govt such as  Guru Parulkar (as suggested by Dave) and perhaps
someone from places such as Darpa, ARO, or ONR.

Also representation from Europe, Australia, Asia where some members may
cover more than 1 role in terms of coverage.

Possible BOD people:

members of this committee  (Philippe, Dave, Deborah, Ramesh, Phil,
Lama, Jack, Rob, Matt, Adam, Mike (???) and Jeonghoon) would
be good candidates for BOD.  Others might include Heidemann,
Campbell, Feng Zhao, Madden, Arora, Znati, Ledeczi,
Srivastava (is he on this current committee - sorry if I have Mani in 
the wrong group?), Paradiso,
Savvides
