Steering Issues

* TEP finalization

Propose to have Philippe Bonnet responsible for TEP102 (Timers) 
finalization review process.  (Philippe can you do it?)
Phil has updated the TinyOS.net frnt view.
David has updated the Alliance Working Group page.

Propose to add a box to top page for TEPs currently in finalization 
process and link under community.
These would go to more detailed pages that indicate the review chair and 
a Wiki for comments.

David will submit a new item calling for comments.

Ideally, moving TEPs through the process would become a SC secretary 
function.

* Working groups
It would be valuable to bootstrap new working groups, especially 
Documentation and Storage.
Key is lining up leadership and participation.

Alliance Formation Issues

IETF Articles provide a broad conceptual Purpose.  Most others have a 
narrow legal Purpose.  Discussion led trying to obtain a blend - shape 
direction and cover legal bases.

Phil suggested that in the Alliance mission statement itself we should 
follow an approach of a narrow name but a broad mission.

Need to finalize address and initial officers.
   Culler is willing to accept Pres.
   Adam has been suggested as Treas.  Not yet accepted.
   Rob has been suggested as Sec.

Culler proposes Phil Levis as VP.
