[Tinyos-alliance] My apologies - cannot make the call tomorrow

I'm very sorry, but I didn't see this collision of meetings.  Board 
meetings are always on a wednesday and Alliance calls used to be at 11, 
but this month the board meeting is on a Tuesday at 1:00.  Tomorrow. 

I will send out my draft skeleton of the bylaws with a couple of key 
issues called out.  Let's try to has out issue by email before the next 
meeting.
