[Tinyos-alliance] below Quorum

We fell below quorum today (OSDI etc.), so we'll take the discussion to
email.
 
(1) I wanted to get a sesne from the WG of what matters the BoF put on out
plate.  The most obvious one to me is to formalize
the process of code moving from contrib to "the main branch".    Second is
working groups and calls for participation.
 
(2) I am meeting with lawyers thursday, so I hope to have a draft articles
and bylaws in advance of next meetng.
 
(3) We have some TEP finalization steps.
