101 is all but finalized (just needs authors to twiddle the headers).

102 waiting on feedback from Cory

108 is finalized.

106 is in author response.

TEPs 109, 112, and 114 passed last call in the core WG and so we need to
assign shepherds for them. 

sensor boards (109) - Kang *** David to give guidelines

microcontroller power management (112) - David

data acquisition interfaces (114) - Adam

Phil to write document on shepherd process

  - IPSN - 4/25-27 Cambridge SNA workshop (2/24), EMNETS PC - @ Media lab

Attached is the articles of incorporation.  It seems that the bylaws were
not in the package from legal, just some very detailed legal action
materials.  The bylaws are where most of the action is that captures the
intention of the organization and its structure.
 
A key issue to nail is the specific officers.

1. Legal work.   I have received draft articles of incorporation from the
lawyers.  I'll prepare a litle analysis tonight and send them around for
discussion and feedback.
2. Working groups.  We have some outstanding proposals to approve.
3. TEPs.  We have progress updates.
4. TTX.  When and where.
5. Schedule.  The 10am slot no longer works for MDW and doesn't work for
Philippe.
