[Tinyos-alliance] Rescheduling weekly meeting time

We are on bi-weekly plan, so we should be scheduled for tomorrow.  I have
draft bylaws now from the lawyers.  Matt was rescheduling.  I haven't seen a
new time go out.  I'll look for inputs in the morning.

We need to nail the TTX plan.  It sounds like it is a go for IPSN.  We're
missing details, however.
