TEP 120 is the manifesto of the TinyOS Alliance. It's the longer document
that explains the purpose and goals of the organization.  
Right now we have a full draft of the document, but things have moved
forward in a few ways and it would be good if we all re-read it to make sure
it still says what we think it says. :)

We've been sitting on this a while, and it would be nice to get it into the
community's hands for discussion. Maybe now that SIGCOMM has passed, people
have some time to take a look? Those that can make the next call can discuss
the comments.

I've attached both the text and HTML. The document is about 4000 words, so
about the equivalent of a 5-page position paper.
