Since we never reconverged after the effort to reschedule, I'd like to
suggest that we stick to the Tues 11 am slot.  I hope some of you will be
able to make it tomorrow.

(1) TTX at IPSN.  We have all the approvals from the folks at MIT.  Phil and
I have a draft plan.  I'll send out a proposed schedule in the morning for
discussion.

(2) TEP approvals and progress.

(3) Legal structure - I have a set of draft bylaws!  Attached.
