Thanks for the feedback. I've revised this a bit, mainly in the Charter
part, to try to make it clear that the scope includes tools such as those
you mention.
BTW we're pretty close to getting something fun working: a nightly-updated
web page that reports the results of downloading the T2 CVS, compiling some
apps, and then running them through various checkers such as memory safety,
interface contract safety, and stack overflow safety.
