Today, I think the only thing that makes sense is to stick to the 11:00
slot.  Phil won't be able to make it, but we'll catch up with him.

   It looks like we need to attend more seriously to the issue of scheduling
our meetings.  Matt started a round of this, but it did not converge.  Now
that the term has started, both Matt and Phil have conflicts at 11.
Philippe was not able to make 11, as it conflicted with parenting duties.
Neither time works for Kang, it would have to be evening.  Ralph has not
shown up in a long while, but I don't think that is a regular conflict.  
 
So, I'd like to try first with a concrete option.  Return the meeting to 10
am tuesday.  Can people make that work?
