[Tinyos-alliance] Working group schedule

Things have been pretty quiet the past few months, but with TTX4  
coming up, there's going to be a bunch of activity in the Alliance.  
This includes TEPs entering the review queue (net2 has a few), new  
working groups forming, a bunch of new platforms emerging, and the  
creation of the Alliance as a formal non-profit entity. This last  
part will involve the alliance WG finishing its charter and stepping  
aside for the formal steering committee.

So let's revisit the topic of scheduling for this last burst of  
activity: if everyone could send me their schedules, then I can  
compute the intersection to try to arrange a call time that doesn't  
get in the way of participation. (I, for example, have to teach  
during the current call time.)
