(I guess I forgot to mention: David can't make this week, so he asked  
me to organize the meeting.)

Adam: Let's put 120 to the top of the agenda, then. I think that the  
blocking issue right now is the actual legal work for formation. We  
need an entity that companies can contribute to. That being said,  
wrapping up 120 will help get momentum behind the community.
