It has been some time since we have had a TinyOS Alliance call, and I
think it would be good to do a quick update.  

* I met with the lawyers today and they tell me we should have documents
"in a couple of days".  
- Discussed set of issues in relation to IETF and organizations that
produce code.
- New associate moving articles forward
- Suzanne Bell to wrap up the IPR aspects

* We have some significant updates in WG proposals, especially the Doc WG.
- Discussed partitionng the responsibilities so Doc doesn't need to take
on front page
- refined charter and membership policy to follow

* TTX 08.  
Have Feb 21, 2008 Sibley Auditorium reserved at UCB

* $$$$
- Handful of companies ready to contribute.  Legal reading on how to
accept funds, but still 
A hassle to set up the account.  Prefer to let $s go directly to the
community for now.

* Scheduling.
- Retain the Th 12:30 timeslot

* Tep status
- progress. All out to review, but shepherd's need prodding.
