Perhaps it makes sense to get started assuming the WG approval will  
be forthcoming. I was trying to go through the official process but  
that should not hold us up. My next step is to put everyone on a  
separate mailing list and send out an action plan, probably not  
unlike the one Akos sent earlier. Will do this soon.
