Subject: [Tinyos-devel] Simulation Working Group

All,

I have spoken with several people who are interested in forming a
Simulation Working Group.

A proposed draft charter is: To define abstractions and interfaces for
simulation and emulation environments, reusable models,
interoperability requirements for shared components, and to develop
reference implementations as needed.

The thought is that this working group would encompass more then
TOSSIM. The goal would be to include other simulation and emulation
approaches/techniques (atemu, avrora, EmStar, etc.). We hope that by
starting with larger umbrella, it might be a good way to bring these
efforts together and encourage collaboration and reuse.

Let me know if you are interested in joining this working group. The
charter and goals are still fairly fluid and we would appreciate any
help or input the groups definition.

Thanks for your time,
Chad
