[Tinyos-devel] TinyOS Time functions

I was thinking building time functions using the time synchronization  idea for motes.   I was thinking of using Unix Time, and I  wanted to build some functions that would convert the Unix Time to time  of day, day of week, month, date, etc.  Does anyone know of  something like this existing, and if not, any tips on what to include  or not include in these functions?
