Well I think I mostly got tired of being the only one paying attention
to it. In the new T2 regime, we could attempt to require core T2
members to actually pay attention to the bugs in systems that concern
them.
Note that this also works best if it's somebody's job to assign bugs
to people (*), rather than relying on everybody to periodically check
the web page and decide if a bug is for them or not.
*: this doesn't have to be 100% accurate, you just reassign it to the
appropriate party when necessary. Assignment-of-bugs could also be a
rotating duty.
