[Tinyos-devel] GeneralIO interface

It seems to me that the most critical TEPs should also have the lowest
numbers.  Maybe a reevaluation of which TEPs are most critical should
be done before moving any of them into final draft.  Assigning the
lowest numbers to those that are most critical.
