[Tinyos-devel] Broken links i TEP docs

Hi All.
Reading through some of the TEP's I noticed that a bunch of the links to
other TEP's are broken. For example tep103 refers to:
   "tinyos.net/working_groups/tinyos-2.0wg/teps/"
  (which does not exist anymore)

Others refer to cvs.sourceforge.net (that doesn't work) or
tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net (that does work).

I don't know if there is a consensus on the current location of the
TEPs, but even so wouldn't it make sense to update the links to a
consistent location that works (at least for now)?
