Thanks for this catch.

The reason why there are these inconsistencies has been due to our  
moving things around to enable people to see both the most current  
versions *and* the versions associated with a TinyOS release.

I'll bring this up at the WG meetings this week, and make a general  
call for people to update accordingly. Hopefully there will be a  
consistent story by the end of the week.
