[Tinyos-devel] tinyos autobuilds

If we have the latest version of the documents always available at
www.tinyos.net, then maybe we should consider removing the compiled HTML and
PDF versions from CVS. It will reduce the checkout and update time and will
make the docs consistent with our policy of not storing compiled versions
(of applications, java files, etc.). As for the release packages, we can
either keep them in, or make a dedicated "docs" package that contains all
the TEPs and the tutorials.
