[Tinyos-devel] tinyos tools

The version number in configure.ac in tinyos-2.x/tools should be
updated when we make a new version. Looks like we didn't do this for
1.2.2 or 1.2.3... Presumably we're going to make a 1.2.4 soon?

Also there don't seem to be any consistent tags on the repository so
that one can tell what, e.g., 1.2.3 is...

Note that getting this wrong screws up things like the output of ncc --version.
