As a follow-up on this (with help from Joe and Vlado): there's  
nothing different about the schematic, but something subtle changed  
in the board. T2 was configuring pin 25 incorrectly; on prior TMote  
versions, this didn't matter, but on the newer versions it leaked  
about 29uA. It has since been fixed, and now telos nodes are at the  
right sleep current (7-9 uA, depending on whether you have the  
sensors populated) ).
