[Tinyos-devel] TEP on T2 platform creation

Hi Martin,
Great job! Having all this info at one place will help immensely in
streamlining the porting effort for new platforms. Since the document
references a lot of TEPs at different levels in the review process, we
should think about the best model for keeping this document "live" so that
it can track the changes in the existing, and the inclusion of new TEPs in
the future.
