FWIW, I did a full run of mica2/mica2dot tests for 2.0.2 using some
version of avr-gcc 4 (whatever version's on my desktop).
I'd suggest picking some version (probably the latest) and making sure
at least one person uses that as their everyday compiler from now to
the release, then blessing that (or whatever said person switches to
in case of problems) as the "official" version for TinyOS. There have
been avr-gcc versions which weren't too happy with TinyOS's code...
