Thanks for the info.
If you need patches for binutils 2.18, and gcc 4.2.2, I have them and cand
send them to you. Alternatively, I will be committing them to the WinAVR CVS
shortly. It's somewhat of a moving target: there will be more patches soon
for more new devices.
I'm also interested in the compiler bugs that you're seeing on 4.2.2.
Contact me off list, or use the GCC bug list or the WinAVR bug list to
report. If you use the GCC bugzilla, put me in the CC list. I'm also
interested in the assertion error you're getting for the patch for bug
#25448.
