A quick noticed: I remove the rc3 image and put up the rc4. The new links 
is:
 	http://hinrg.cs.jhu.edu/~razvanm/vmware/Jetos-rc4.zip 403M
 	http://hinrg.cs.jhu.edu/~razvanm/vmware/Jetos-rc4.7z  283M

The image is quite big because I added a new account for RC called 
tinyos-rc4. I also updated the cvs and git accounts.
