[Tinyos-devel] update on ncc reinstall, and clarification

Ok-- I have arranged things so that users who don't care about Safe 
TinyOS *do not need* to upgrade to the new ncc.  Instead, the "null 
macros" for Safe TinyOS are now included from one of the files that all 
TinyOS applications include anyway.

Also one point of clarification: Safe TinyOS should not affect "regular" 
  users of the TinyOS 2 CVS head in any way.  Unless you specifically 
request safe compilation (following instructions from our web page) the 
  safety annotations disappear early in compilation and have no effect 
on  code generation.

Please let me know about any concerns or problems and apologies for any 
  confusion.
