Yeah -- this is part of the resolution of the discussion on 116 and  
the semantics of clear(). I've fixed Drip to follow the new 118 local  
change semantics. I am planning on fixing BaseStation for the new 116  
semantics as well as addressing some net2 bug reports on MulithopLQI  
on Tuesday (tomorrow).
