Oh -- it's not supposed to compile for motes. It's a test application  
for testing the protocol in TOSSIM. If you want to test it on real  
motes, use MultihopOscilloscopeLqi.

Some kind of hint as to *why* it's not compiling is usually pretty  
helpful. You know, like the output.
