A way to implement your idea is to create a wiki page conting the
release information of TinyOS (this page will act as a TAG) and inside
this page along with any information that you want to insert you can
add the link to a particular version of all the TEP wiki page, the set
of those wiki page on a certain version will describe the release.
Here is an example of a link to an older version of a wiki pege, taken
from tinyos wiki:
http://docs.tinyos.net/index.php?title=Rssi_Demo&oldid=861
