[Tinyos-devel] AM ID allocation TEP

I have a slightly different proposal to take care of versioning - How
about we create a section for each release and list the ID's relevant
for that release in that section? The downside is the TEP will get
longer over time but the nice thing is people will be able to find
ID's for even past releases even without knowing the dates.
