[Tinyos-devel] [nescc-devel] nesC 1.3.0 beta3

Just out of curiosity, when we create a package for the tinyos-tools
are we going to bump up to a new minor revision (i.e. 1.3.0) or just
to the build revision (i.e. 1.2.5)?  To be honest I don't really
understand the system we use to decide....
