[Tinyos-devel] Debian package dependencies

Shouldn't tinyos depend on tinyos-tools rather than vice-versa? (i.e.,
support/make which is in tinyos needs the tinyos-tools, but I can't
see what in tinyos-tools depends on tinyos being installed)

uisp is in the tinyos-tools package because we're maintaining its
source (unlike avrdude, where I assume we're just compiling a recent
snapshot). A quick question on that front: does avrdude support
ethernet-based programmers? If so, we can probably remove uisp post
2.1.
