Release of Tiered Sensor Network (Tenet) Software 2.0

The Tenet project has made a public release of the Tenet software
v2.0. Tenet is software for flexibly programming a tiered network of
sensors. Tiered networks consist of motes and masters (PC-class
devices, such as Stargate, that run Linux or Cygwin). In Tenet, all
applications run on the masters which task the motes using a simple
but expressive linear data-flow tasking language. Tenet 2.0 introduces
several new platforms/protocols/features and has been used in seismic
and habitat monitoring deployments for up to a month.

New features include:

    * Support for Cyclops camera as a sensor
    * Support for Mica2/Mica2dot platforms
    * A reliable rate control protocol RCRT for high data-rate applications
    * Experimental support for Tenet on TinyOS 2.1. This version of
Tenet uses the CTP routing protocol and supports mote radio
dutycycling using the LPL stack in TinyOS 2.1
    * Preliminary support for Cenroute, a centralized source-routing
protocol in which the master, based on the neighborhood information
sent by the motes, computes the routing tree for the mote network.
    * Preliminary support for Emstar emulation of Tenet so that
developers can test Tenet code without mote hardware.
