[Tinyos-devel] savepp make option

I just added a savepp.extra target to support/make, which just adds a
-fnesc-cppdir=pp option to the compilation. The result is to save
preprocessed files to the pp directory.

If someone feels strongly about this, they might want to change it to
build/pp (cleaner, but less visible?). Update clean.target too if you
do that...

If you're using 1.3.0, -fnesc-cppdir= now works again.
