[Tinyos-devel] ENOMEM in TinyError.h

I'm all for adding the new error code; It would be useful in some of
the stuff I am working on as well.  And I fail to see why adding it
will force existing components to handle more error codes since each
interfaces defines which potential error codes any of its commands or
events will return; you only have to handle the ones it defines.
