[Tinyos-devel] TINYOS_NP and BNP

What in particular do you want to know?

At some point of time it was decided that all tinyos-1.x apps have Deluge
bundled with each install. This was done with two consecutive burns. The
first one was the app burn and the second was the bootloader burn. The above
environmental variables were used to instruct the make system to make this
second burn install the bootloader and make the install without the normal
erase step.
