[Tinyos-devel] TINYOS_NP and BNP

I don't remember exactly who came up with the naming. Most probably Gil,
Cory or Joe. I always interpreted NP as Network Programming and the B as
Bootloader, but I can be wrong. I don't think that we need any backward
compatibility with tinyos-1.x on this, so I would say go ahead and select
whatever makes more sense for the new Deluge/Bootloader.
